Question

I think that this process is definitely elimanting some good people. I think just because you don't have the experience yet, doesn't mean you would ever fit into the job. Jobs are suppose to train people on how to do the job, also computers could make mistakes or even malfunctio. We can't rely on computers for everythin. Especially on taking key words to someons application. So this process to me is not a very good one. To make my application stand out I would answer all questions with honesty, but also be professional with the answers they want me to answer. You always need to be careful on the word choice you pick for answering this questions.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Relying solely on a computerized system to filter out candidates based on keywords is a flawed process that could potentially eliminate qualified individuals who just lack experience. Jobs are meant to provide training and opportunities for growth, so dismissing candidates without giving them a chance to showcase their potential is shortsighted. It's important to be honest and professional in applications, but also to choose words carefully to ensure that the true depth of our qualifications is accurately depicted.
