1. Select the picture on Slide 2 that you want to animate when Content Placeholder 3 is clicked.
2. Go to the "Animations" tab on the PowerPoint ribbon.

4. With the picture still selected, go to the "Trigger" button in the "Animations" tab and select "On Click of."
5. A drop-down menu will appear, click on "Content Placeholder 3."
6. Now, when you are in presentation mode, clicking on Content Placeholder 3 on Slide 2 will trigger the animation of the picture.
