What does a radar do?

1 answer

A radar is a system that uses radio waves to detect objects and determine their location, speed, and direction. It is commonly used in air traffic control, weather forecasting, military applications, and navigation systems. Radars work by transmitting radio waves out into the environment and then detecting the waves that bounce back off of objects. By analyzing the way that the waves reflect off of objects, radars can determine the distance and direction of those objects.
