i can't use a calculator for this, it wont work
whoever saw this do you now how to help

(3 1/4 ) / 1/4
= ( 13/4 ) / 4 multiply top and bottom by 4
= 13 / 16
= ( 13/4 ) / 4 multiply top and bottom by 4
= 13 / 16
(13/4) / (1/4) = 13
