-2x^2+3x-1

give axis, vertex,domain, range, and intercepts

1 answer

Y = -2x^2+3x-1

h = Xv = -B/2A = -3/-4 = 3/4.

k = Yv = -2(3/4)^2+3*(3/4)-1 = 1/8.

V(h,k) = V(3/4,1/8).
Axis = h = 3/4.

The Domain = All values of X between
-Infinity and +Infinity:
Domain: -Infinity < X < +Infinity.

Y = -2x^2+3x-1 = 0
Solve using Quadratic Formula:
X = 1/2, and 1 = X-Intercepts.
