x >/= -1
2x>/= 8
x >/= 4
x = 4 and everything to the right of x = 4
x >/= -1

2X - 13 >= -5
Add the 2 Eq.
4X + 2 >= 8
Solve for X
4X >= 6
X >= 3 / 2 >= 1 1/2.
