and the question is?

log3 (7x-3)- log3 (5x)M=0
log3( (7x-3)/5x)>=0
then
(7x-3)/5x >=1 (Remember 3<sup>0</sup>=1, so log3 1 =0)

7x-3>=5x
2x>=3
x>=3/2
