What is the climax in this?

1. Jacob, a 13 year old boy living in the state of South Carolina, finds out that he has to move to new Jersey for his dad's job.

2. Jacob doesn't want to leave his state because that's where he was born, and his school and friends are there.

3. Finally the day to move comes and he says goodbye to everyone and everything in South Carolina.

4. When Jacob arrives in New Jersey, he thinks the state is beautiful and his house is almost as nice as the one in South Carolina. His school is also very big.

5. Jacob is nervous on the first day of school, but everyone is really nice and he easily makes new friends.

6. Jacob realizes that this is his new home and he should learn to love it because holding on to the past in South Carolina won't do him any good. He is happy that he got the chance to see a new place and new people in New Jersey.

6?

Thanks

It's hard to tell from such a brief outline, but I suspect the climax comes before number 6. Study this explanation carefully.
If this is a story you've read, what was the most tense and exciting part?
It's actually a narrative that I'm writing and I have to decide the climax. I think I'll go with 5, since that's what makes him realize that he should love his new home.

I think it's 5 also. The tension comes with his nervousness about going to the new school.

Number 6 is the denouement.
