He was determined to work hard and set aside a portion of his paycheck each week until he had enough to buy the camera he wanted. However, things did not go as planned when Mark's store was looted during riots in the neighborhood, and he lost all his savings along with his job. Despite this setback, Mark remained hopeful and determined to find another way to get the camera he desired.
