Sperm leakage alone cannot cause pregnancy. In order for pregnancy to occur, the sperm must be ejaculated into the vagina and travel through the cervix to fertilize an egg. Sperm that leaks out of the vagina or is not ejaculated into the vagina is unlikely to result in pregnancy.
