y-3=2(x+7)
y-3=2x+14
y=2x+14+3
y=2x+17
the slope is 2 or 2/1, it rises by two and then over by one, remember the slope key, rise over run
what is the slope of line y-3=2(x+7)?

this problem is in slope form so u would solve it by adding 3 to both sides (to isolate your "y" value. in this equation your slope would be 2 because slope formula is y= mx+b
