Do the pieces have to be ths same size? If so (cutting through the center like like pizza), I get a maximum of 10. If not, I see a way to get get 15. See if you can find a way to get more.
I assume that the cuts must be straight lines.
if u cut any size circle 5times , what is the greatest amount of pieces i can get?
