My name is David, and as mentioned, I am Pedro Torres' son. We upload videos that we create to our channel. Upon joining YouTube, I took the time to thoroughly review all policies as I believe it is crucial to respect and comply with all of YouTube's guidelines. Our channel has experienced growth over the last few months, and we were thrilled when it became monetized. However, on April 29th, we received an email informing us that our channel would be demonetized.
After reviewing the policies once again, I can confidently say that we have not violated any guidelines on our end. Our channel covers a variety of topics, including joke videos, English learning for Spanish speakers, funny content, and more recently, videos related to the Mexican election season in which I use a green screen for recording.
As per your policy, videos that include clips of other people's content as part of a critical review or reaction videos where you comment on the original video are allowed to be monetized. All of our videos are original content created and edited by me. In the videos discussing Mexican presidential candidates, I ensure to provide my thoughts and opinions without endorsing any specific candidate.
I firmly believe that my channel's demonetization may have been a mistake, as we have not violated any policies and have maintained good standing without copyright claims or strikes. The positive feedback from our viewers reflects their enjoyment and appreciation of our content, which serves our Spanish-speaking community on YouTube.

When we first joined YouTube I took the time to read all of the policies because I believe it is very important to respect and value all of youtube instructions. During the last few months our channel has been growing. A few months ago we got so excited when our channel was able to be monetized. It was a great feeling. However, on Monday April 29, we received an email saying that our channel was going to be demonitized. The first thing that I did was read all of your policies and after reading once again your policies I can see that we did nothing wrong on our side. We are a multi-niche channel and all of our videos are original contect. In the past, we have uploaded jokes videos, learn english of spanish speakers, funny videos,etc. Respectfully, we are mexican and we recently started uploading videos about mexican election season in which I record myself using a green screen
Per your policy it clearly states that:

are videos that are allowed to be monetized. All of my videos have been edited by me, and I have done that with the shorts were I talk about the mexican presidential candiates. Please keep in mind that in our channel I have talk about the three mexican presidential candidates however I am not telling people who to vote for or endorsing a specific candidate. I believe in privacy, and believe that people should vote for who their heart desidres to. I am also NOT just taking videos from their channels and posting them into our channel. Each video has been clearly edited and I can be clearly seen talking on most videos. So, I clearly think that my channel was cleary demonortized by mistake since I haven;t broken any policies. and also I have never received a copyright claim or strike in my channel meaning that my channel is in good standing. People enjoy our content and we have received hundreds of comments where people really love and appreciate our content. I will really appreciate if my channel is able to be monetized again since my channel is a benefit our spanish speaking community on youtube.Thank you for time, God Bless you and I hope you have a blessed day.
