In summary, combating food insecurity is a complicated problem with many facets that calls for teamwork and creative solutions. Our group is committed to investigating, evaluating, and putting forward workable solutions to address food insecurity in our community through our student-led civics project. We think we can change things and build a more food-secure future for everyone in our community by speaking up in favor of additional support, increasing access to wholesome foods, and interacting with the community. By working together, we can create a society that is more just and equal and in which everyone has access to food, a basic human need.
