What's the easy way to format a book report for a 1st grader ?

I would put the title of the book on the first line, then the author's name on the second line.

Then a paragraph or two about the book.
Concluding with a sentence or two about how you liked it or not with a because statement.
Finally, the name of the student making the report.

I would put the kid's name(left) title (right)Enter twice then the paragraphs on the book. Lastly adding comments on the book.
