If i currently have 12 bottles of water on my shelf, and want to keep a minimum level of 6 bottles at all times. I have an average sale 2 per day. What is the minimum number i would order for enough bottles for 7 days?

On the average, there are enough bottles for (12-6)/2=three more days. For seven days, we need 2*(7-3)=eight more bottles.
