The bar over some numbers means that those digits repeat forever
So write the numbers down with a few of the repeats showing
a) 1.4519519519...
b) 1.4519999...
c) 1.45190000..
d) 1.45191919...
e) -0.134
f) -0.13401401..
g) same as f) ---- is this a typo?
now you should be able to tell their relative size.
Looks to me like b) is the largest.
I am sure you can figure out the rest.
