what is a mull phase
1 answer
In Magic: The Gathering, a mulligan phase refers to the period at the beginning of the game where players have the option to reshuffle and redraw their opening hand of cards if they are unsatisfied with it. Players can declare a mulligan if their starting hand is too weak or has too few or too many lands. Each player is allowed to mulligan once, drawing one less card each time they do so.
