Reread DrBob's post. He gave you the melting point, and the boiling point. THe temp you cited is in between those.

Let's try this.
For water, what is the physical state of water at 20 C?
(-10)....(0 mp).....(20).....(100 bp).
And you answer, 20 is between 0 (where water melts to liquid) and 100 (where liquid turns to vapor or gas), so 20 must mean it is a liquid at 20.
