The first step was the fall of the Soviet Union and the replacement of communism with some form of democracy in Russia, the other republics, and Russia's satellite countries. Most countries had a fairly easy time, although they took a while to overcome the economic disadvantages of communism.

ok! so i figured out what i'm going to do. since european people are ignorant about how deomcracy works im going to put a lady at the voting place and a man and she says you must write down___(the current prez. in europe) and she says that ur freedom of speech!
