My question is kinda hard i don't know how to start the problem to get my answer. the question is: You are cleaning the gutters on your house. the gutters are @ a height of 24 feet. if you have a 50 foot ladder, what is the minimum angle the ladder can form with the ground?

I don't understand your question.
The ladder is much too long for our job, unless you let the ladder extend beyond the gutters.
The usual safety rule for ladders is for every 4 units up, come one unit out, or a slope of 4.
I you want the top of your 50 foot ladder to reach a height of 24 feet would make an angle of less than 30º,
(extremely impractical and unsafe)
sin theta = 24/50
theta = 28.7º
