This is the kind of question that gives people "mathphobia", lol

I made a time graph, from 9:00 am to 3:00
marking off the times in multiples of 60.
So noon is 180 etc.

I labeled x minutes to the left of noon (180) and 3x to the left of 3:00 (360)

then
360-3x - (180-x) = 132 which solves to
x = 24

So it is 24 minutes before noon


check: 24 minutes before noon is 11:36
adding 132 minutes to that is 1:48
from 1:48 to 3:00 is 72 minutes , which is 3 times the 24 minutes before noon
