I have to work out the percentage change in the proportion of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere between certain time periods represented on a graph.If someone could give me some hints on how to approach this I would be very grateful just not sure what to arrange calculation.

I would start with calculating the percent composition of CO2 for the given times. Then, after those are done, you can look at the changes.
