A thesis statement needs to include what YOU THINK about the topic. So ... what do you think about the Han and Roman attitudes? What technology was in use or being developed during those eras?

"During the classical period Han and Roman attitudes towards technology were self glorifying, however, the Han had a more unified and was more to the common people, where, Rome had an aristocracy and class distinctions."
What classical period?
What do you mean by "self-glorifying" (there needs to be a hyphen in there)?
"had a more unified" what?
"was more" what "to the common people"?
What do class distinctions and aristocracy have to do with technology?
Make your sentence simpler. Look at the very last example in that website I linked above.

The upper class of the Han and Roman empires had a positive attitude toward the advancement of technology, while the lower class and the working class, didn't favor this advancement.

Han China’s attitude towards technology was more positive and open than that of the Romans, who’s class-divided and systematic society caused generally low attitudes towards technology.
