How can I make a good project for school re. promotion about perfume for example? I must do it on cardboard with pictures and promotional language to market the/a perfume.

You'll want to keep your poster simple, but dramatic. I also suggest you saturate a piece of cloth or cotton ball with a favorite perfume and attach it attractively to your poster.
