How are biotic factors changed in an ecosystem that has flooded ?

Biotic factors are liveing, well, thinking first of plants, It will destory them, this will effect plant eaters. Once plant eaters lose there food source, there numbers in population will decrease. Now that they've decreased, carnivores will lose there source of food which is the plant eaters.
