In scenario #2 (White fur bunnies), when all the bunnies were the same, the population of bunnies may have grown rapidly due to lack of competition among the same species. However, when wolves were added, the uniformity made it easier for the wolves to prey on the bunnies. This could have led to a decrease in the bunny population.
In scenario #4 (White & Brown fur bunnies), having two different types of bunnies may have created competition within the bunny population. The presence of multiple fur colors may have allowed for some bunnies to adapt better to certain environmental conditions, leading to a more balanced population. However, when wolves were introduced, having both white and brown fur bunnies may have still made it easier for the wolves to prey on them compared to a scenario with only one type of fur color.
