If the a is in the numerator (4a/5), it is right, but if it is in the denominator (4/5a), it is wrong.

Let me say this very clearly:
If the problem is
1.5+4/(5a)=21
subtract 1.5 from each side
4/(5a)=19.5
4/(5*19.5)=a
or a= 1.026
Now if it is (4/5)a then your answer is RIGHT
