All your sentences are fine -- grammatically correct and all that. But in sentences 1 - 4, the thoughts after the instances of the word "because" is not correct, in my opinion. That is, after the word "because" you need to write the REASON WHY the earlier statement is true.

Here are my suggestions:

1. My favorite person is Namjoon Baek. He is a famous modern artist.
I like him because he is a video artist.

2. My favorite person is Winston Churchill. He is a famous statesman.
I like him because he successfully led his people through World War II.

3. My favorite person is Bill Gates. He is a businessman.
I like him because he has always been curious about what makes things work.

4. My favorite person is Helen Keller. She was a successful author and political activist.
I like her because she didn't give up, even though she was blind and deaf.
