how do you change the question do you want to know about heat transfer into a regular sentence?

This is more of a grammar question.
"Do you want to know about heat transfer?" It already an interrogative sentence. If you want to ask a question, it should be left in that form.
You could, however, make it a declarative sentence such as "I would like to know if you would like to earn about heat transfer".
