Which part of the SMART process do you have the hardest time putting into practice? Why?

I have the hardest time putting the "measurable" part of the SMART process into practice. This is because determining specific, quantifiable metrics to track progress towards my goals can be challenging as it requires identifying key performance indicators and setting specific targets to measure success. Additionally, measuring progress can be time-consuming and sometimes subjective, which makes it difficult to accurately assess if I am on track to achieving my goals. However, I recognize the importance of this step in order to effectively evaluate my progress and make necessary adjustments to reach my goals efficiently.
