Good assignment. You might also focus in intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. I think that is the point of Wade/Travis work.

On other thing comes to mind is the need to grow. THis in fact is a powerful intrinsic motivator, although it does compete with others, and it is different for different people.

Here's what you have to do.

1. Study the material about Wade and Travis.
2. Write each of the four issues on separate pieces of paper.
3. Go back and reread the material, writing notes on your papers that these authors discuss.
4. Write your paper.
