on 11 i was trying to write them as fraction i was afriad you would not be able to read them so it reads subtract -5/26-(-3/13)= -11/26?

Get rid of the "over". One doesn't write algebraic expressioons that way.
-5/26 -(-3/13) = -5/26 + 6/26 = 1/26
-5/26 -(-3/13) = -5/26 + 6/26 = 1/26
