evaluate (-5a)^2 and -5a^2 when a =5
625 for both
1-12.64=-11.64
(-14)/(-7)=2
using multiplying by 1to find an expression equvialnt to 18/19 with a denomanator of 171z?dont simplfy type a fraction
one day the temperture dropped from -4 degree f to -12 degerees f how much did it drop? 8 degrees
18x+18y+180 factor x+y+18=10

(-5a)^2 = 625 but -5a^2 = -125 when a=5
Why? order of operations
in this one (-5a)^2 you do what is in inside the () first which is (-5 times 5) = (-25) and square that = 625
But in this one -5a^2 you so the a^2 first which is 5^2 = 25 then you have -5 times 25 which is -125
1-12.64 = 11.36
-14/-2 is 2
Well 171z is 19 times 9z so times the top by 9z is 162z/171z, did i times by 1 yes 9z/9z is 1
answer is 162z/171z
Yes it dropped 8 degress
Where did the =10 come from? the answer is just x+y+10 its starts as an expressions andf by adding a = you make it an equation.
