What is the Dividing Power of 12 a to the 2nd power or squared b to the 3rd power of cubed over or Divided by 6 a to the 2nd power b

Do you mean
(12a^2b^3)/(6a^2b)

If so that would come out to
2b^2

(in this forum we write something like
"5 raised to the third" as 5^3)
