Take moments about each of the rope support in turn.
L=4.56 m, Ta & Tb are the rope tensions
Let
distance of person from support A = 1.59
Moments about A
=102 kg * 1.59 - Tb*4.56 = 0
Solve for Tb.
Solve Ta similarly, by taking moments about B.
