We know that
y = mx + c
where m is the slope, so the equation we're looking for has to be
y = (1/5)x + c
(or y = x/5 + c, which is easier to write n this board!)
Now all we have to do is find c.
We know that (5, -1) must satisfy the equation, do to find c:
y = x/5 + c
-1 = 5/5 + c
and I'll leave you to finish it from there.
