To find the dilation of a point with respect to a center, you can use the formula:
A' = k * A
Where A' is the dilated point, A is the original point, and k is the dilation factor.
In this case, the dilation factor is 0.25 and the center is (0,0).
For point A (0, -4):
A'(x, y) = 0.25 * (0, -4) = (0 * 0.25, -4 * 0.25) = (0, -1)
So the dilated point A' is (0, -1).
For point B (5, 2):
B'(x, y) = 0.25 * (5, 2) = (5 * 0.25, 2 * 0.25) = (1.25, 0.5)
So the dilated point B' is (1.25, 0.5).
