wrong again. Clearly, the point (-4, -5) does not lie on the line y = -2x-3. (But (-4,5) does lie on that line)
since they give a point and a slope, the equation is
y+5 = -2(x+4)
or, if you like slope-intercept, that becomes
y = -2x - 13
since they give a point and a slope, the equation is
y+5 = -2(x+4)
or, if you like slope-intercept, that becomes
y = -2x - 13
