What are the steps in creating a drop cap two lines tall?

You would select the letter and go to menu format. Under sub-menu <i>drop-cap</i>, you can choose between Dropped or in margin. The number of lines (tall) can be adjusted to the number you wish. Remaining text will flow around the dropped cap.
