~hm..I don't know how to do this...it sounds simple but I'm confused.

To three s.f. it is 82.4 (the next number is 5 and I round to the "even" number which is 4. If the number was 82.553 I would make it 82.6.
82.4 in scientific notation is
8.24 x 10^1
