I'm not quite sure about the question, but I'll guess.

The MVT is about the average slope.

The average slope is the slope of the sstraight line between (1, 5) and (4,5), which is zero.

I'm guessing you're looking for the point or points in the curve whose slope is zero?

Differentiate, and set to zero. Solve for x.
