State stroke's law
1 answer
Stroke's Law states that the drag force experienced by an object moving through a fluid is directly proportional to the velocity of the object and the viscosity of the fluid, and is also proportional to the cross-sectional area that the object presents to the flow of the fluid. The equation for the drag force (F) is given by F = 6πrv, where r is the radius of the object, v is the velocity of the object, and η is the viscosity of the fluid.
