Plug in -2 where the x is in f(x), and do the numbers.
f(-2) = 4*(-2)^2 -2*(-2) - 25
= 16 +4 -25 = -5

f(-2) = 4*(-2)^2 -2*(-2) - 25
= 16 +4 -25 = -5
