Can someone please help me with this question?

Are there any public policy designed to protect civil liberty for freedom of religion? Do you support or oppose this policy?
My answer is: The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The International Convenant on Civil and Political Rights. Also the Bill of Rights.
I support this policy because everybody has a right to choose their own religion or not.
My problem here is that I do not think that I answered the first question right.
Could you please help?
Thanks.

Your answers are correct -- especially that our freedom of religion is guaranteed in Article I of the U.S. Constitution (also called the Bill of Rights).
