Alright I've got the important actions of Pheobe Winterbottom:

1. She begins an obsessive investigation for clues when her mother disappears

2. She gives a police officer all the evidence her and Sal have collected

3. She visits the college the officer's son (and her half brother) goes to.

4. She accepts her mom and brother in the end

I think these are good enough..?
