I would figure the odds of getting a club and diamond, then..
Pr(club and diamond)= 13/52*13/51
Now, Pr (not getting club and diamond)= 1-Pr(club and diamond).
You can then figure the odds.
Pr(club and diamond)= 13/52*13/51
