A musician plans to perform 6 selections for a concert. If he can choose from 8 different pieces, how many ways can he arrange his program?

He chooses
the first piece from 8 pieces,
the second from 7,
the third from 6,
...
the 6th from 3.
So the number of choices would be
7*6*5...*3, but don't forget the <i>encore</i>.
