Graph the equation

x=5/2

how would i start this?? I tend to make things too difficult for myself...

Whenever you have a linear equation in only x of the type x = ?
you have a vertical line.
Just pick any two points with an x value of 5/2
e.g. (5,2,0) (5,2, 4) plot these, join them for your graph

BTW, if your equation has only y's of the type y = ?, you have a horizontal line
