What about the rule that dividing by 10 (or you can use multiplying by 10) moves the decimal point to the left?
Then the equation would be
100/10 = 10 or something similar. For multiplying, it would be
100 x 10 = 1000.
Then the equation would be
100/10 = 10 or something similar. For multiplying, it would be
